From Orders > Open or Orders > Exception :

1) Go to the order you want to freeze and click the snooze icon,this will open a pop up

2) In the pop up, select the date and the time you want the order to be snoozed to

3) Optionally, you can enter the reason why you are freezing the order

4) Click Confirm button

➢ The order will be listed under the Frozen section
