There is always a risk that your parcel will get lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we offer third-party insurance as an option when creating your shipment.
To add Insurance follow the next steps:
Login to your account using app.fulfillmentbridge.com
Click on the name of your account on the top-right
To confirm your activation please agree to the Insurance terms (Read "Shipping Insurance Coverage Guideline" and then click on "I agree" at the bottom of the guideline)
You have two option to choose from:
a. Select "Activate Insurance and choose the Insured product value
Once you select "submit" your insurance is successfully activated.
b. Select "Activate Insurance Per Order" and choose the Insured product value. Once you select "submit" your insurance is successfully activated.
